Despite the fact that I have previously written about how to load/activate a cccam account on a qsat decoder, I am under pressure to re-write it in a more comprehensive manner, with the help of pictures this time around. This article will be valuable to the users of qsat, speed HD, cobox, and nusky decoders who are willing to install/activate a cccam account on their decoder. I name this topic cccam on qsat & speed, but, you can actually apply the methods on cobox and nusky decoders.

Requirements for Using a cccam on qsat & speed
- To start with, you need a stable and reliable internet connection. Minimum of a 3G or 3.75G network. Without a stable internet connection, you can’t use a cccam account because this will amount to sheer wasting of money if you do) To establish a successful internet connection on most decoder read this
- Secondly, you need to buy a working cccam account from a reliable retailer or dealer. At the point of purchase, you will receive the followings: Username/ ID/ login, password, address/URL/ server and port)
- Finally, you need your Your qsat/speed hd/nusky/cobox remote control with which you will input the cccam account details.
Steps On How To Load / Input / activate Cccam on qsat & speed HD Decoders
- First off, on your remote press Menu >>Setting>XCAM Setup. See the image below for more details.
- Next, Select Sharing.
- Under Server No, you can choose any numbers from 1-5(please ignore this if you are using only one cccam account.
- Next Change “Active” to “ON” (the default is Off), Protocol is CCCAM(unless otherwise stated by your supplier), Server is the same as address and its the same as URL it normally looks like this “tv4.dns4.us” (it can be anything but it is definitely case sensitive if you don’t enter it correctly, your account will not work) To insert extra characters, you will need to “press RED button” on qsat, if you make a mistake, using the “Yellow button” to delete everything previously entered on that particular column and start all over. Once you type everything correctly on a particular column, use “blue button” to confirm your typing.
- When all is done properly, your cccam will look like what we have below
- Now press the blue button on your remote to connect your cccam server to your qsat.(Note: before you connect your cccam, it is advisable that you first turn off your avatarcam code and reboot your decoder. All other things being equal, once you press the blue button, your cccam account will connect and the status will change to “connected” from “disconnected” picture is below
- Whenever you don’t want to use your cccam and you want to use avatarcam account instead(like maybe your internet connection become bad and you don’t want to be banned please switch off your cccam account then reboot your decoder.

Troubleshooting Cccam Account On Qsat Decoder
If you enter everything correctly, and yet your cccam account is not connecting status reads “Disconnected” please try the followings:
- Make sure you restart your decoder after correctly entering your cccam account details into your qsat.
- Make sure you have a working internet connection(To be sure about this, try and stream youtube videos for some minutes on your qsat, or simply try and reactivate your avatarcam code and see if your expiry date will display or not)
- Just to be sure, you can delete the “password” and the server and re-enter them
- Hope you entered your port correctly; For example, your port number must be five digits (e.g if you are given One hundred as your port, you must write it as it is: it must be written as “00100” and not as “100”
- As the last resort, if all efforts failed, contact whoever sold it to you for help.
I bought a q26g about 3 months now… I am using the original cccam account. How do I know whether it has been tempered with or not because it started showing Connect to Server for about a month now

I’m planning on buying a latest upgradeable decoder and someone said i should go for qsat q28g but i later learnt it’s off and may never come back,and i dont like playing hide and seek i.e watching/using a temporary decoder/channel that will soon be blocked.And even if it does i dont think i’m that good shifting dish/looking for keys.What of if i buy a beIN decoder with 1year subscription,how much will that cost me with 1.8m dish,do you have it?.Now this are my newbie questions;can i get movie channels,documentary,national geographic,adults,and all local channel on it.Is there any fta channels on it incase my subscription expires and can i track other sat on it?.

@rashid, yes you can, but it’s always recommended that you use one and switch off the other. That’s use them interchangeably on the same decoder

@paa Joe, you can use any stable internet connection / protocol for your cccam. You maybe banned if your internet is not stable, not vice versa

oga Lemmy, I got test server from a cccam company and I was given 5 servers for 48 hrs test. I followed your procedure and I entered one server out of 5 and it shows connected but no picture. I mean all stations still scrambled. I. was as well given two attached files which I didn’t consider maybe to upgrade my decoder cccam. The message reads” you can upload this”. These two files separate from other clines(5), password etc.
@elder the cccam providers will surely guide you through. For a cline to decrypt a channel, the server must be up and running. Maybe the server was down when you tested it

@iheyan, there is no need for software upgrade. software upgrade will only compound the problem. hope you already have v6 software installed?
my qsat decoder was working but after two months it has stopped working. so is there anything I can do for it to start woking again?

Good news!Speed HD S1 is decoding again Canalsat Channels since saturday. The only drawback is channels are still subject to a great deal of interruptions. Hope evrything will be Ok in a short while. Many Thanks, Bro Lemmy

@Simon, you can’t watch premium iptv channels on q23g. the best you can get is youtube, youporn and the free iptv channels. As for the cccam account. For sometime now we have not gotten any information on mobile phones. However, I want to use this medium to inquire some information on mobile phone. I tried to use q5 portable hotspot to connect older version of blackberry (bold) instead of connecting,it’s asking me to input the generated pin. How do I input this pin?
@marsh, it’s either you have been given the code to use, or you are required to your own 8 digits password that will server as the password for anybody trying to connect to ur q5 via wifi

i have 4922A wit .ssu file solution, i use this file: SRT4922A_Old_GUI_134_140303.ssu to upgrade from a newer version: SRT4922A_V1.22.img_140410.ssu now the satellite names nd TP are all missing, i wanted to reverse it but when i copied the newer version on flash drive nd plugged into the receiver the upgrade button is freezed. Is there anyway u can help me with this CTK_DB_tool to upgrade.
