As simple as the content of this article is, it is already causing issues among some qsat user. We all know that there is hardly any meaningful packages available on small dishes that qsat can open currently. That notwithstanding, qsat still has spycam codes and TCam codes. The purpose of this article is to solve a problem. That is how to troubleshoot qsat not connecting to server.
What you Should be Aware of When you use Any Decoder for Internet Keys Sharing(IKS)
- As an IKS decoder user, it is out of place to just have only one internet network. The reason being that, once your only network fails, you cannot proceed until it is restored.
- You should also try as much as possible to be equipped with all the internet protocols supported by dongles. especially qsat. I for one, have a compatible and unlocked Huawei 3g modem. This enables me to be able to use all networks on the modem. In addition, I have a WiFi adapter that is compatible with satellite receivers. And the worst protocol to use with your qsat is GPRS / EDGE / GSM(meaning you are using the sim card directly)
- Always have a backup plan. IKS decoder may not be there for you at all times. hence have backups like paytv subscription, powervu, FTA or Biss channels.
Troubleshoot qsat not Connecting to server When loaded with Cccam or Inbuilt Account
Error 1:
Qsat/Nusky refuses to display code/expiration code no matter how hard I try all I get is “cannot connect to server please try again later” sometimes I get “server nack”
Solutions: for cannot connect to the server, please make sure you download the latest software compatible with your decoder. if you are using a spycam code download this latest software and also this. But if you are using a qsat model with a valid acam / avatarcam code, and you ignorantly loaded a spycam code on your decoder, your decoder will fail to connect to server. all other things being equal until you downgrade your decoder to the avatarcam code software from the following links; Link 1 avatarcam software, link 2 avatarcam software, and link 3 avatarcam software.
Error 2:
I just successfully Loaded a compatible software into my qsat but my “xcam setup” seems to have disappeared help.
Solutions: your xcam setup is hidden. to reveal it press menu>>setting>>okay button>>then dial 1512 on your remote. the Xcam setup will appear.
- Error 3:
No match Found error trying to upgrade qsat. solution: read this article very carefully, you will be able to fix the error
Error 4:
I have loaded successfully, but am getting “box hasn’t code or account expired when am trying to load new code. Solution: if your code is invalid, you must get “code already used message, sever nack or code error. To solve this problem, perform the followings: >>setting>>xcam setup >>spycam /speedcam
>>active code>>OK button >>enter /input the 10 digits
code>>OK button >>press red or green button your expiry date
will appear to reflect the code just loaded and the immediately active code
will turn to 0000000000
Error 5:
“Maybe network has problems, check cable or wifi” Solution: Ths is the most straightforward error message on qsat. It simply means you have no internet connection or your internet has disconnected or your network has gone off. please review your internet, restart your decoder and you will be fine
Error 6:
“network connection failed. Solution; the connection that has been hitherto active has now failed. please change your internet connection
Error 7:
I receive a network connection message, yet I cannot view my expiry date under xcam setup. Solution: As long as your software is the updated compatible one, please check your internet data or change your sim card. Always make sure you have a data bundle on your sim card.
Error 8:
I receive a “Bad Signal” “Service “unavailable on some channels” Solutions: This is 100% hardware problem. In 95% of the cases, the culprit is your antenna / DISH, lNBF, LNB cable or DiSEqC switch. If any of these breaks down, you will get bad signal unless in extreme cases where power surge or thunder has damaged your decoder tuner(Make sure you test your dish with another decoder, if they work fine with it, take your qsat to a computer engineer to help you fix) As for service unavailable, please check that you scan using the correct satellite positions.
For example qsat only works with the following position 68.5e Ku south Africa, 38e ku the rest of Africa. Then 22w. Therefore check your dish and frequency. If possible delete all channels and rescan using the correct frequency.

No matter what IPTV is d best. Go for Anclud5 or Android receiver that wll reduce al d stres on Qsat n dat wll make qsat engineer to step up. They believe we don’t hav any alternative. Dat no mater wat we are going to buy der product werda stable or not. Is not more dan wat we can nt buy. N20K or N40k. Go for ur choice. Contact Mr Lemmy for dat. It is better dan Poweru.

Try to go and have anoda code, once yu get anoda code yur decoder oil start working fine.

Hello forum, first we must thank lemmy for his tremendous effort, secondly i thought watching soccer is very easy now, so long you will use IPTV. You will find it more easier if you follow this method, go to chrome extension setting, click on “get more extensions” at very bottom and search (watch live football streaming online for free) or follow this link “https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/watch-live-football-strea/legocaboiicfjgofnmlgnogcngeokmga” an extension will be install in your chrome and football icon will appear on the menu, click on this football icon to see matches for the day, this method doesn’t consume data, so the streaming wont cut when you’re watch, if you use SS it cost only #70 to watch the whole day matches, all of them.

@ mike, some times you go for 2inch pole that will give u many options(than using facer boad or wall that gives u limitation) as in moving the pole at different positions that is close to the potnt of the decoder.

There’s no Qsat canal software. You use your normal spycam account to get both dst* and canalsat satellites. You only need a different dish ti point to canalsat Nss7 to get canalsat channels which at the same time doesn’t unscramble for now in some qsats account that are not opening DST*. This is common in q28 , Q26, just because of the Qsat problem which hasn’t been solved yet. Be patient,

@taufiq plz if you have a valid account and yet ur decoder is showing connect to server, know that ur mb or credit has finished in ur sim card, that’s how identified mine if my credit or mb got finished.

Lemmy my q28g will only show me the expiry but the numbers of days I have to watch my channels will never come then the next thing that comes is connect to server then scramble channel comes on the screen. What do I do

Good morning Hon. LM, pls I have one prblm dat I will be much appreciate. I bought Q26g fo my boss at work, se day I bought it is de day qsat started contact yur dealer. But my dealer gv mr assurance dat it will work dat I should take it. The day qsat started showing some channels like mbc and ss2 my dealer called me to check and I do so bcos de decoder is stil wt me, the msg of contact yur dealer is no more since dat day. I deliver it to my boss and he’s managing the channel dats showing but few days back now my boss call me dat de decoder is not showing again .wen I go and check it what is showing is “connection succesfully ” den expired date ,is not welcome to server again.
Pls Hon. LM what could have be de cause,?

Hi Lemmy Morgan, nice article there my neighbor uses 26g but he complains that it doesn’t connect to server,now my question is if we update it with the latest 26g software will it erase the current code and that we ll have to buy a new spycam code? Your response will be appreciated……… Thanks
@taufiq : I have said this several times before, of you load a spycam software on a spycam decoder like q26g q28g or speed HD s1, your account will remain intact. But if you load a spycam software on older version of Qsat, you will forfeit your existing acam code.
A lot of stations are up on Qsat. I got Mcity, Mpremium, MnetW added to the list that were showing. This is at 0930hrs Nigerian Time.

@ Lemmy after loading the new 28g software my decoder still not displaying welcome to server…does it mean it is an offline code? one of my dealers suggested i renew my code. how true is that?

Nice update once again Hon Lemmy. You made mention of connecting Wifi to Qsat and really interested. I’ve tried so many times to connect it but to no avail. How is it possible to connect wifi to qsat?

Lemmmy good morning. Please i am having a problem here. I installed canalsat dish but my installation point is far from my room and would require a full length of the cables that are sold for 1000 naira a bundle. ( I mean the product with USA flag designed thumbs up) now, my problem is that whenever I take my decoder to installation point close to the dish for tracking, and using a very short cable from dish to decoder, I get high signal and quality strength but when I now transfer my decoder into the house where it should be, and run the long cables from the dish to the decoder in the house, the LNB signal strength will drop drastically sometimes from 80% when it is near to around 30% when it is in the house. As a result, I hardly get stable quality reception from canalsports 1, 2, 4 . There are even some channels that show very well at installation point, close to the dish that don’t show at all when I transfer the decoder into the house and run long cables. Those channels will be showing no or bad signal with LNB strength almost showing zero %, sometimes 2 to 8 % while inside the house but high percentage while close to dish. Please note that I tracked canal with 10986 and 30000, 22W. Vertical polarity. Please what could be the problem? A help will be highly appreciated. Thanks
@mike: the problem is very simple and clear. Signal reduces with distance. The best you can do is to get a quality lnb cable and a better lnb and your issue will be solved. You can also try search for a stronger signal around your house to make it up to 93% on lnb quality
