Contrary to the belief of some, Signal 6 and Signal 3 are still working. I can’t tell if CIStv is still available at the moment. The reason why some feel that it is no longer working is that the owners change the Biss keys once every week. The practice can only get worse as it may eventually be every day or twice a day. Now that sports24 HD and ARQ are down,  we have other silent channels feeds that are doing very fine. One of such channels are Cis Tv and signal 6 @ Eutelsat 10A (10°E). Signal 6 Vs Cis TV- Overview

I have announced these channels several times in my monthly updates. They have been around for a while. Since early 2016 to be specific. Cis Tv is available all day long but it has a poor picture quality compared to Signal 6 they telecast English league every Saturday afternoon. Signal 6 which by nomenclature can appear as; channel 1- 6, tv 1-6 or signal 1 – 6 only comes up about 20 to 30 minutes before a live La Liga match

Cis Tv, on the other hand, is for EPL and Eredivisie(also known as Holland league). They are in the same position which is Eutelsat 10e. Both channels are biss-keys encrypted meaning you will need to source the keys. Luckily, the keys are everywhere on the internet free of charge. Alternatively, you may opt for high-end Powervu and Bisskeys Auto roll decoders such as tiger(not all versions, gsky, and a host of others. My information on dongles is restricted to my individual post. I have stopped selling dongles so don’t contact me with the hope of getting any from me.

 Signal 6 Vs Cis TV – Important requirements

Unlike before, you can now only track signal 6 with a 2.4 meters dish. This is because the beam has been reduced. Every other thing remains the same.

Signal 6 Orbital Satellite position: EUTELSAT 10A (10°E)

Dish size: 2.4 meters

LNBf: A quality C band LNB

Signal 6 Frequency: 3900 H 3572, 3900 L 3750, 

Cis TV frequency: 3678 V 1083

Signal 3 Frequency:  3896 – L – 5000

Strong coaxial cable

You need a di-electric plate for this. Insert it in such a way that it will only have an allowance for the LNBf covers will advise all newbies to first use a KU band LNBf first to track New Mytv Africa(@16E) with the following frequency 10804 H 30000. Make sure you get the highest and make sure the signal quality possible. It would be great if you can get 90%+. Immediately you hit the green, replace your Ku band with the c band your LNBf. Then input any of the frequencies above.

You can search for this on www.google.com and check to see if they are still working. Unfortunately, if they are still working, they will still be changed within 7 days. Hence your 1st(albeit unreliable) method for getting the latest working Biss keys for Signa 6, Signal 3 or CIStv is to search for them on Google. Test your result based on the date of posting such keys.
