Therefore, how can we make a single pot that can simultaneously solve the pain points of heavy iron pots with high oily smoke, stainless steel pots with poor thermal conductivity and easy to stick and difficult to clean, and coating pots with potential safety hazards of chemical materials has become the goal of Kobach’s research and development.

How Is Coated Non-Stick Cookware Formulated?
Basically, the currently popular coated non-stick pans are lightweight and non-stick. However, most non-stick pans are achieved by using non-metallic coatings, that is, by attaching a layer of non-stick material to the inner wall of the pan(a special kind of polytetrafluoroethylene), so as to achieve the non-stick effect.

Moreover, the coated non-stick pan has experienced long-term frying and burning which may also cause the coating of the non-stick pan to fall off, causing problems such as reduced non-stick performance and sticking to the pan.
How Did Kobach Team Come up With Non-Coated and Non-Steak Cookware Technology?
To this end, Kangbach and the Prof. Yang Ke research team of the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have analyzed the cooking habits of tens of thousands of Chinese families.
As a result of this research, After the pot, the Nano lotus leaf bionic non-stick technology was successfully developed, imitating the lotus leaf to form a micro-nano bionic structure on the surface of the pot body, establishing a physical non-stick barrier, and creating a non-coating, lasting non-stick, and safe zero-coating Non-stick pan.
This kind of pot also does not contain any resin coating, organic coating, inorganic ceramic coating, or metal spray coating, to achieve true non-coating non-stick.
The non-stick performance of fried eggs meets the national standard GB/T32095.2-2015 non-stick standard, the natural phenomenon of “lotus leaf does not touch water” is realized in the pot, which fills the technical gap of the industry and solves the problem of the industry.
What is Kobach Zero-coating nonstick Cookware Capable of Achieving?
According to reports, Kangbach 0-coated non-stick pans can reach Vickers hardness of 1000-1300 after being treated with Nano lotus leaf bionic non-stick technology.
This figure is 6 times higher than that of stainless steel and 40 times that of aluminum pans. The structure is not easy to damage, and it is not too sensitive to the test of metal spatula and steel wire ball.
Basically, this technology achieves long-lasting non-stick, fully meeting consumers’ requirements for wear resistance and durability of pots.
Experiments show that after the 0-coated non-stick pan is heated to 250 ℃ and the steel shovel is used 50,000 times, the non-stick performance of fried eggs is still excellent. The empty pan is heated to 350 ℃ and then immersed in a cold water pool 20 times. The tack properties are still in excellent condition.
