With every release of a Samsung flagship phone, comes a bug. Samsung’s latest high-end flagship S9/S9+ has been exposed for having problems with the call function. There is currently a difficult-to-detect Samsung S9/S9+ Call Failure problem.
Samsung S9/S9+ Call Failure problem definition
A Samsung Polish community spokesperson has confirmed the failure. When the failure occurs, only the other party can hear the sound, which means that there is a problem with the handset of the S9, which is sometimes as long as 20 seconds.
Some users have feedback on another situation. The S9 that they use will be disconnected after a few minutes of talking. This situation is not as widely reported as the silence of the call. Samsung has also recently released an update to improve call stability, but it seems that Did not solve this problem.
The Samsung Community Moderator stated that the company is diagnosing the problem and developing patches, and the update time did not mention it.
It is expected that the issue of not receiving missed call notifications will be fixed for the dual card version of the Galaxy S9 at the next update. This issue is limited to the S9 series products with built-in caller ID and spam protected area sales.
