2019 is going to be very interesting with respect to camera lenses configurations. Huawei has already set the pace in 2018 and be sure to have other mobile phone manufacturers jump on this enticing ship. The catch in 2019 would be on the mobile camera. Samsung is currently set to go head to head with Huawei in 2019. leaks from reliable sources claim that we will have a Samsung Galaxy S10 three-Camera lens phone in 2019.

As a result of just a little change in design, Samsung’s current flagship mobile phones S9 and Note 9 have a flat response this year. However, Samsung is smashing “big moves”. First off, it is rumored that there would be a flexible folding phone, and the other is the S10 with a new ID design language. Recently, the camera configuration of the S10 is exposed, and the rear three-shot/lens will be used. This is in line to compete with Huawei 20 Pro.

According to the reporter, the Samsung S10 (codename Beyond) will adopt a rear three-camera configuration. These are; a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera (switchable aperture), a 16-megapixel super wide-angle camera and a 13-megapixel telephoto camera for more comprehensive shooting experience.
In addition, the wide-angle and telephoto cameras will support optical image stabilization, telephoto single pixels up to 1 micron. Furthermore, the super wide-angle cameras will have F1.9 large aperture and a 123-degree field of view but will not support autofocus and optical image stabilization.
Leak on the latest Huawei Mate 20 Series Camera Configuration
In a related development, the three-shot configuration of Huawei’s Mate 20 series will also change. Unlike the P20 Pro, the black and white camera will be replaced by a wide-angle camera for ultra wide-angle shooting. However, the 40 megapixels, 1/1.7 inch main camera will remain. In other words, the resolution and detail of the Mate 20 series are still the best in current mobile phones.
In conclusion, from the current product trend, the rear three shots/lenses will gradually become the mainstream configuration in 2019. We are also expecting the Samsung S10 to be equipped with the Snapdragon 855 chip and other advanced and comprehensive screen design which will enable it launch a fierce battle with the Huawei Mate 20 series.
