In today’s post, I shall be sharing with you, a universal guide to help you configure Nokia Symbian phones and any S40 Java phone type for web access. This guide will focus on how you can set manual APN settings for Symbian and s40 phones. The series 40 java phones covered by this post is not limited to only Nokia s40 java phones. The gesture extends to other brands like Samsung, Motorola, sony e.t.c.
In my illustration, I will be using a hypothetical APN setting. Please make sure you acquire the correct APN settings for your network from your local internet service provider. These settings vary with the provider but the method of entering them into phones is largely the same. In a nutshell, simply substitute my settings with that of your internet service provider.
