I welcome you all to this month’s news bulletin!. We are here again with the “Lemmy morgan 2022 update for the month of May”. Here, we will be updating you about news and events that have happened since our last update up until this period. as far as satellite TV IKS and FTA News is concerned. I promise you that you will gain immensely from reading this month’s update.
As always, Our focus on this post shall be to review, analyze, and offer advice on issues that concern Satellite TV and IPTV technology in Africa and the rest of the world. I took some time out to reset and re-strategize on the best possible ways to represent my thoughts and ideas on the subject matter without legally stepping on toes while still educating you my esteemed followers. All we shall be doing here is to continue to research cheap ways to enjoy premium TV content.
Moving forward, this post will be in real-time and it will be regularly updated. So, when it is time for a new update, I will simply modify this post by adding new content and removing outdated ones. This will be a better method compared to having to publish a new article every month.

Definition of Important Terms on Lemmy Morgan 2022 update

In this segment, I will highlight the most recent trending happenings in the satellite world “in bold red fonts” before proceeding to talk about them in detail.

- New FTA channels such as MBC Max, MBC action, etc, and the likes have been added to 42.5ºE Using the following frequency “12694v22500”. You can as well blindscan your decoder to get these channels. Enjoy while it lasts.
- A couple of decoders that you might want to consider moving forward include Tiger eye’s 4k, TELEVES HEVC H265, hellobox 6, and 8. Read the features and specs of these: decoders here. As a reminder, you should avoid decoders that don’t support “H2.65”
- SLTV is gone for good as far as sports channels showing major European league matches is concerned
- IDman Tv and CBC Sports have long stopped working.
- You can tune in on ch. 365. TStv Africa channels won’t work on just any Free-to-air decoder. However, you can watch their channels on unofficial decoders using Forever servers on compatible FTA decoders. These channels are also available Free-To-Air on ALL h265 Decoders. NYSC TV is now available on TStv Africa.
- Any good h2.65 decoder is capable of opening almost all the interesting channels on 51e. This includes but is not limited to SLTV,moreplex tv, and tstv.
- In another turn of events, you can now buy MYHD IPTV code for use on supported decoders. contact your dealer for an update on this.
- OurTV Nigeria is back on 45E. If you still have your decoder, please rescan.
- New World has slashed its subscription across the board. if you have their decoders, please contact your supplier. To learn more about new world channels, please click here.
- SLTV has changed its frequency. the new frequency is “11130 (V) 30001. Still on the same 52.5E. you can view the images below to have an idea of the channels on this frequency.
- New Package Update: Watch out for Golden TV test transmission on Astra 2F at 28.2E(MultiTV position TP: 11675 (V) 30000. Always remember that you can get your own new free-to-air- channels by reading my post here. Also, to track your satellite TV packages yourself, read
- There is a worthy alternative to hellobox Smart S2 Bluetooth SatFinder. The name of this awesome piece is BT05 GTMedia V8 Satellite Finder DVB-S2. It works as smart s2 and it is more readily available and cheaper than smart s2. Don’t get me wrong, it is not better than smart s2(bt05 doesn’t support DVB player) but it gets the job of helping you to track your satellite done.
- Secondly and equally important, I did a comprehensive review of the features of tiger t20 razer here. You may wish to have a look. It is a cheap but feature-loaded latest midrange decoder from tiger star group.
- The Nollywood(Yoruba) channel i “Itage” has been available on satview as free-to-air on 42.5E Nigcomsat position. You can blind scan this position and the channel will pop up.
- DStv and GOtv step up and boost promo are back for active and disconnected subscribers. Read more here.
- Crystal IPTV accounts is Now Available. The account comes in 1yr @#11,500 and six months @#6500. It has at least 1100 channels. Including African channels. Africans might be interested in checking the “Zimbabwe category”
- Forever server PRO and MX open some channels on 7deg E and 9E including Azam sports.
- Furthermore, Forever Pro and Nshare Pro are opening Nova sports on Hotbird

- Some decoders that are worthy of your attention include Tiger star T10 4K, AND Mediastar MS-Diamond Z2. These two receivers support Apollo IPTV and forever servers. needless to say, they are HEVC H.265
- The most popular decoders out there at the moment are the ones that can install forever accounts. such decoder includes mediastar 2727, MINI 2525, and aster s100. however, hellobox 6 combos and hellobox 8 offer something similar and unique. You can read up on the updated topic on decoder here.
- A new IPTV account is out. It goes by the name of Haha IPTV. It cost around 4K TO 4500 FOR 3 month
- There is a cccam that can open newly added french premium channels on Hotbird.
- Canalplus official subscription now has the option to add basic DStv English channels at an extra cost.
- For those who love sports and want to enjoy it for free via IPTV, I have a few compilation URLs for you in my post here. As a reminder, the earlier you avail yourself of the opportunity the better because the links might go offline at any moment without prior notice.
- Official Canalplus decoders are now available unofficially
(broadcast piracy scheme) in Nigeria. To get any sports channels, you will need to pay #11,500 + as a subscription. Although, you will have access to all major soccer competitions including Ligue 1. That notwithstanding, with #7,900 you can watch EPL, la Liga, and some other sports on DStv. You may want to compare and contrast the packages here. Similarly, you can get their full channels list from this link. - Yayi TV is very much still up and running and it is currently the only non-official solution for small dishes. They broadcast every soccer game across all major leagues in Europe. what yayi lacks in quantity of channels, they compensate for in reliability and stability of service. If you are serious about any cheaper way to watch soccer this season, you may need to consider them. learn more about yayo here. Unlike TStv, yayi is not a legal pay-TV company. They broadcast pirated content similar to most channels on SLTV. Users’ discretion is advised.
- It might interest you to know that, SLTV is currently in a legal battle with DStv in a PortHarcourt. The court ruled that the offending contents should be pulled down pending the determination of the case. There is an update to the court case here. Their satellite position is the same as that of TStv ON 51.5e. SLTV’s most recent tracking frequency is(11103 H 16666)
- Similarly, a self-professed IPTV-based tv company in the person of https://www.pipul.tv is currently in operation and they are broadcasting live matches from all leagues across the globe(they showed the FA community shield). This company promises a lot of goodies to its customers including a data-free sim that will enable subscribers to stream their content free of charge. It is most likely that pipultv is a satellite pirate company, especially with the way they are running their affairs. Only time will tell. Like I always say, anything that has to do with TV content that connotes piracy, you need to use it while it lasts. The monthly subscription is rumored to be in the region of “#3,500”

- “MoreplexTV” is supposed to be a direct rival to TStv Africa as it focuses only on non-sporting content at the moment. it is rumored that they will add sports channels down the line. You can contact them by filling their contact form for further inquiries. MoreplexTV is currently running a promo that enables you to have their decoder with just N1,000. You can then pay the balance to install mentally. You can get their decoder at a promo price of #12,000 and the LNB+ Dish for #4,500. contact their dealer for yours. Moreplextv is transmitting om belintersat 51ºE with 11010 V 30000 as their frequency.Iwouldn’ttrustthemtoshowEPLandUCLmatchesaspromised.If they do,it simply means they are trying to go into broadcast piracy.
- OSN Package continues to work on Nilesat 7w with Forever, Gshare3, and Funcam servers. For those of you who love using SDS mode on forever, don’t forget to point your data dish to 14w, 52.5e, or 30w. The frequency to use to get osn on 7W is “11996/V/30000”
- For All IPTV lovers who don’t want to subscribe to paid premium IPTV and want to watch premium content, you can google up and download any of the following IPTV APKs: “AOS TV”, “BOBOLive tv”

These changes in price are justified and in Line with the Inflation Ravaging the Nigerian Economy. We currently have about a 12% inflation rate in Nigeria.
As much as I feel the pain of my people, I have also come to the realization that attempting to explain to the average Nigerian that DStv is not a monopoly is a waste of time. I will continue giving you cheaper alternatives while we pray that the government should get things right and provide an enabling environment for companies operating in the country.
We should note that Dstv and GOtv are not the only TV companies that are struggling with the unstable Nigerian Economy. The likes of Startimes and Iroko tv are also feeling the heat.
To be honest, we have only our government to blame as these companies are private companies and they have the right to do whatever they like. What is common to these companies is that they are fighting two problems: currency fluctuations and ridiculous regulations.

How to Track 26E Badr MBC package/28E Multitv and 32E on One Dish
Basic Requirements
- You need a good LNB. I recommend the New premium gold LNB or something better. The strong short neck hasn’t been very successful. yOU NEED TWO OF THIS.
- Secondly, you require at least a 90cm offset dish.
- Finally, you need a tracking device. be it your satfinder or a decoder.
Method 2
- Firstly, track multi TV with this TP 12522 v 30000 and get the highest signal possible.
- Next, input media 7 frequency 10970 v 27500 and elevate your dish up a little bit and you will hit media 7.
- Now, you will need to input MBC frequency 12284 v 27500 and raise it up a little bit.
- As a matter of fact, 32e will also receive a signal once you complete the above steps. If you are still in a fix, you may need to call your professional satellite TV installer.
I am joyful to tell you that you can now enjoy the sky sport Uno HD Satellite Tv channel on Eutelsat 9E. You don’t need any payment for SDS mode signal.
You will use the same dish size that you wll use if you want to track and view channels from the SDS satellites normally. EG to view channels from rodiguez 7e, you need a 90cm dish size. Now, to use same rodiquez as you data signal for forever SDS mode, you will need same 90cm

@Sunny: you should know that both tstv and moreplex offers paid tv services. more often than not, they will block unauthorized access. Secondly, which type of forever are you using? only forever pro and mx attempt to open those packages.

However, the Moreplex channels don’t open even though the channels show that they are opened by the Server they still say they are scrambled even when they are turned to yellow colour. @Vincent: nothing free can get you epl matches on your decoder. Secondly, nothing very cheap can get you epl matches with 90cm du=ish using your decoder.
For epl matches: you can buy a premium IPTV account and uses it with your decoder without a dish.
Otherwise, you need at least a 4 meters dish to get European birds that can show EPL using a builtin gtmedia iks account or a 3rd party Cccam

Please, can give me a way to improve the signal reception of my 4.2 meter dish. I am using the dish to watch Islamic programmes on Saudi Quran, Sunnah etc. I used technomate lnbf but yet I still need to add 2 to 3 % signal quality. Kindly advise on a way out. Thank you

Hello Lemmy,my 12ft cband dish not mesh has a middle lnb arm,it works on other satellites .it has failed to grab Asiasat5, which my 8ft Eurostar solid is trying though not all tps.the 12ft dish is detachable one.what can I do to get enough signal on 12ft.should I replace the one arm with three arms or what.please advise me am in Thanks.

Taijie is a pure android box without satellite tv decoding capabilities.
Gtmedia, tigerstar 300, icone plus, starsat exterem and the likes are satellite tv decoder and android IPTV box combo. in other words, they can do the job of hellobox v5 and taijie
