One of the greatest challenges of any blogger is getting fresh and original contents. It is even more difficult to do this consistently. In this post, I shall be providing clues that can help you write a blogger or a publisher. You will learn how to write articles fast and easily so much so that you can write a 1000 word blog post or 5 books in the shortest period possible.
Why most writers have problems with their work is a simple reason. They think that writing is a single-stage process, while it has three stages.
- These are the easiest way to make money online / via the internet
- Ways to Earn money as a tech-blogger
When I started to blogging(As far back as 2011) I promised myself to write a minimum of 500 words Daily. I get up early, prepare and sat down to write(I have relaxed nowadays though). It can happen at times for you to wait for hours. Most times, you wait for the words to come to mind. It often appears that the words come to mind slowly and sometimes wouldn’t come at all. When you can no longer wait, you may accept defeat, pack your writing materials and spend the rest of the day with a sense of worthlessness.
Why couldn’t I focus?
The following tips will help you go places since you are not a magician. There are three steps to fast and consistent writing they are: the generation of ideas, expression in writing and editing. And you know what? Focusing on achieving one goal only, and not three at once, will make you become much more productive.
The more I studied it, the easier it became for me to write. I began to get more done. I do not feel much difficulties anymore.
The system / techniques you adopt does not always have to be anything complicated or intimidating or pricey. It should just work.
How to write articles fast and easily
Below, I talked about this system, which is called the “system of the three baskets.” I am sure it will help you too.
How to write articles fast: Basket 1: Ideas Creation
All day I write down ideas in Drafts app or notepads. If you have a premium notepad app with cloud storage abilities, better for you. I have harvested a whole folder of ideas many of which I am yet to launch(this is due to time constraint)
For these purposes, you can use a laptop. The tool does not matter, the main thing is not to try to keep all the treasure of ideas in your head. Do not trust your memory to be the ultimate storage. It can bring you disappointment when you least expect it.
Basket 2: The Drafts
Then, when it’s time to write, (best time is in the morning), I get the first basket of an idea and start to paint it. I usually do 500 words per session.
Start picking one after the other the ideas that you collect earlier. This is a separate job on its own. Please, do not write anything that you would not want to publish. In any case useful to practice, and it is best to get the text that you want to publish.
When the 500 words on each one of the ideas are ready, save this as draft By MSword (if it is a post for the blog). Again, this is the tools I use. By themselves, they are not as important as the essence of the method.
Thus, the second basket -Is the drafts. At any time I have prepared a list of half-finished chapters and articles that are just waiting to be edited and perfected.
The basket does not cause confusion in its contents, it gives strength. When it’s time to edit, you can choose what to work on. You do not have to create ideas from scratch and “just writing.”
The main purpose of this system – is to help you to think as little as possible, and just go to the next step.
Basket 3: Editing
Finally, you can now pull out one of your unfinished drafts and start editing it. Build the story, work on sentence structure and, of course, check the grammar and spellings.
After that, the text may not be perfect yet, but already 90% ready. you can either put it in place on the blog post or stand in another folder called “Ready-texts”.
This is the third basket: the edited texts. These materials are already more or less ready for the world to see. Then send them to an editor or publisher or publish them on a blog.
Let me remind you, do not write anything just like that. Each of your text should be created for a specific purpose.
This is what the pros do. They write for an audience that will accurately be published. Without goals, you risk the quality of your work.
Summary of How to write articles fast
1. Collect ideas
First off, record all that come to mind ideas and write them down in a notebook or application that you can get back to later. Also, you can set a goal, for example, five ideas daily or weekly.
2. Write and save
Next, let’s say the following day, or when the time comes to work, choose one idea from the first list.
Now, begin to notice that some ideas speak to you, and begin to listen to this voice. But sometimes just take any. More often than not you should choose the idea that seems to you the most interesting or the one for which the deadline comes earlier than others.
When finished, put the text in the folder “Drafts” and leave it there for the future. All work now completed.
3. Edit and share
The next day, remove the last draft and edit it. Then drag in the third basket, or even publish in your blog. After that, take a new idea from the first basket and start writing.
Do this every day, and you will never run out of steam trying to look for what to write. You will always have to edit and publish. Congratulations, you have just got rid of writer’s block.
