5.Hellobox B1 DVBFinder will automatically identify the firmware software (auto_update.bin) inside the USB memory to upgrade.When the firmware software is upgrading, the red light will blink in quick succession.
6. Once you notice that the blue Bluetooth indicator light is off, It means the firmware upgrade is complete. Unplug the power to restart the box.

@Halfan: why not try with other satellites. Also, try and change your LNBf to a known good one
In my case, it was the power supply I was using, it wasn’t meeting the power requirement my hellobox B1 needed, I did some tests with a 3.1 amp 5v cell phone charger and a 2.1 amp 5v powerbank and the hellobox worked perfectly, it could be your case too. In the tests I used an original Pineng powerbank and an original Inova charger.What happened was that the hellobox b1 needs a 5v power supply with a minimum of 2.1 amps to work perfectly, but it has to be quality power supplies that really deliver what is specified in them.

Also when you want to set up a new satellite and you set up the hellobox with out have a locked signal ofcourse you dont have and connection.

I got a new hello box and tested with a dish that have signal already but am only getting strength in red, what do I do?
Could you or someone give us little more about the flashdisk. Such as what fomat (FAT, FAT32, exFAT, NTFS) should it be. It would also help to know how long the updating will take.

Thanks for the updates. My hellobox loses signal quality and strenght, then disconnects when it hits the signal I am searching for. This started recently and has been frustrating my work. Will upgrade solve this? Please advise.

I thought u post was 4 us 2 meet with d current version & m finding it hard 2 connect 2 Bluetooth, it’s detecting bt nt connecting.
@Franklin: please select the right frequency or manually add it. otherwise, you will constantly lose the Bluetooth connection. You only reload a software when you need to or when it is newer than the one that comes preloaded on your device.
