They used to call me MisterSymbian(as a result of my astute knowledge of Nokia Symbian modding and tweaking). I love pimping my phones. I break and make my phones at will. Well, that is just by the way let us go straight to business which is how to hack Symbian Phones Without Pc. This post shall be as straightforward and as comprehensible as it can get.
Let us look at how you can easily hack/remove the restriction from your Nokia Symbian s60v3, s60v5, s^3 and s^4.
The major advantage of this method is that you can do this even if you don’t have access to a pc. Also, I have painstakingly included all the required files to get this done. All the files are compressed in a zip archive. The method works for older and newer Nokia symbian phones including symbian belle feature pack 1 & 2

Disclaimer: This tutorial is strictly for development purpose and should be used with caution no matter how simple it looked. Requirements to Hack Symbian Phones Without Pc
- First off, Download:_Norton_hack_for All_Symbians
- i. Xplore signed
- ii. Norton antivirus trial version
- iii. rom patcther light signed
- iv. Installserver for all symbian versions
Steps to hacking any Nokia Symbian Phone without a Computer
- Install “NortonSymbianHack.sisx” from my package and launch it.
- Go to Options – Anti-Virus – Quarantine list.
- Go to Options – Restore. Accept prompt.
- Then Exit the application.
Now uninstall Norton anti virus from your Application Manager (Symantec Symbian Hack). Also delete “C:\shared\” folder.
5. Install “RomPatcherPlus_3.1.sisx” (this is also included in my package above ).
7. Launch RomPatcher Plus and apply all the patches: –
8. Select Open4all for full access to the file system. –
9. Installserver: for installing any unsigned applications.
(If checked and they all shown green , reboot now your phone.) Note: Set patches to auto if needed to make the auto work for you automatically, you’ll have to install the rom patcher plus unsigned from my package. (Options – Add to auto)
10. Congratulations your Phone is now hacked.
Fixing RompatcherPlus showing Red instead of Green Error
However in some rare instances, when you open RomPatcher+, the patches may show red instead of green. If this is the case, your hacking is not complete therefore, you need to complete the following steps to fix this error.
The Steps:
- First off, download and Install x-plore_s60_3rd_1_56.sisx
- Open it.
- Press (Menu – Tools – Configuration).
- Check all (Show Hidden Files, etc.).
- Open “installservers_pack.zip”.
- Choose what Symbian OS you have. (List below)
- Next, Copy “installserver.exe” from the folder of your OS to “C:/sys/bin”. (No need to apply patch on RomPatcher.)
- Reboot phone. Phone is now hacked and No need to apply installserver
patch in RomPatcher
I have included all the installservers in the file i uploaded earlier. They are all within the list inside istallserver_pack.zip archive. Please choose the one that suite your Symbian os only
if you don’t know your Symbian os then go to www.gsmarena.com to search for your phone and view its operating system version.
For the Nokia E63 you will see something like the one below:

under FEATURES you will see:::: OS :::: Symbian OS 9.2, Series 60 v3.1 UI
From the above information, it means a user of Nokia E63 is going to use installserver 9.2. For a phone like Nokia N73, you will have to use install server 9.1
Hey bro, I really hope you see this; considering the amout of time since you posted this. I tried hacking my E63 on the 22/03/23 but norton antivirus keeps telling me expired license, and i can’t access the antivirus area nor the quarantined list, i also can’t find a place to download the files for using the second method of hack with one other antivirus. I really hope you can help, thanks a trillion.
@seleh: i am sorry but have you tried searching on google? if these files are expired, it means the developers have stopped supporting it
Hey, I tried this method on my Nokia N93, but the Install Server patch cannot be turned on. I also replaced the original InstallServer.exe file with the one that is supposedly compatible with my phone. What should I do from this point on?
is your symbian hacked? if you have done everything right and it still not working, it simply means either the phone or the files are no longer supported
Well, I tried to hack it, that´s the thing. Of course the phone is not supported, it´s 17 years old by this point 😛 Everything installed correctly, or at least it seems like it did. Shall I just uninstall everything and try again?
@N93: sure, that is the standard, you must flash your phone and start all over to get a chance
It isn´t hacked. That´s why I tried to hack it using your tutorial 😀 Of course the files and the phone aren´t supported, but it should still work if I set the date back to 2010.
@N93: oh i get it now, you must hack it first. we used to have multiple hacking methods, you can search for the one that is compatible with your device
the sys and private folder are not opening
@Jimoh: what is the error message? maybe your OS is corrupt
Hello, this tutorial work normally on Nokia N73? I Want to test it on mine, but i don’t want hard reset because i have some games installed that i cannot download again from the OVI store.
ps: I wnat to install N-Gage 2.0 game on my N73.

i cant install the rompatcher and the explore it shows application error contact the supplier. For the norton security when i lunch it ,it shows that my product has expired.pls help me i realy want to enjoy my phone

you need to format your phone if norton sees it as expired it means you left norton installed for more than the trial period
I have been trying to download some application but it usually write file corropted.i just come across hacking of phone from ur site here. Pls i have been using my E63 since, i have install explorer, netqin antivirus and some applications dat am lucky to install, i install some on phone memory and some on my 4GB memory card. if i want to hack my phone, should i remove my memory card? Or which application did i need to delete. Thanks
you need your memory card to hack your phone. if you are receiving application corrupt messages, it is either you are trying to installed an invalid application / incompatible application or your phone’s opperating system is corrupt due to installation of several incompatible applications .
the solution is for you to first try to install clean apps like whatsapp, and if you still get corrupt apps message, then you need to hardreset your phone before you can hack it. however if you can install any clean symbian file, then its means you need to hack your phone for it to install unsigned/ cracked symbian apps
