This article is more of clearing the air than a major review. There is one thing we Africans are very good at(myself inclusive) Bad-mouthing a phenomenon. In other words, if we cannot get to the root of a particular phenomenon, we tend to resort to bad-mouthing it. There is this bad rumour going around that a particular hacking team / hack has hacked or tapped into qsat server and is selling receivers with the decoder’s hacked account.
The above picture will look kind of confusing. Well do not worry i will explain to the last letter.
What is Super Esat
Super esat is a dongle / iks receiver like qsat, azsky, best hd, aone, tlink and so on. Super esat was among the unlucky dongles that could not recover when dstv attacked this year February. However, suoer esat has leverage itself by going into partnership with qsat team in such a way that super esat now uses qsat server.. I mean super esat now uses qsat codes(though a special one more or less avatarcam code because it is as stable as avatracam code if not more. super esat is also opening canalsat currently) and it uses it’s own special software. Super esat sever is equals to qsat server and vice versa with little exceptions which i will talk about later.
HOW ARE WE SURE SUPER ESAT DID NOT HACK QSAT SERVER?
Well with my little knowledge about all these things, qsat is still the best dongle for dst* every other thing is currently beneath it when you talk about dst* unscrambling. It is almost impossible to hack into their server and be using it for your own purpose. Qsat has a very strong security system that cannot allow you to cheat them, let alone hack them. For example, some smart Africans were loading one code on two separate qsat decoders, with just a software release, qsat wiped the codes on the two decoders. It is not also for fun that qsat will “welcome to server” before displaying scrambled channels. Most often than not, qsat will give you “no match file found whenever you are trying to use their software on unsupported devices”. All this and many more some up the fact that qsat is difficult to tap into let alone hacked by any other dongle group. If it is that easy to hack into qsat, azsky would have been back long ago(although azsky always prefers using their own server).
WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE OF SUPER ESAT LIKE?
Since this is a clean deal / partnership, i will say super esat is currently more stable than qsat majorly because it has better hardware and more stable internet protocols. Super esat shows the same number of channels to that of qsat so do not expect one more or less. Super esat will go off when qsat is off. But, to be honest, the channels are generally more stable. super esat is not having its own server it is using qsat’s server. I do not know how long the partnership will last because I did my own solo research since i did not ask either parties involved in this. I got my info from someone who knows both parties.
Differences between the two / prices and getting started
As i said earlier, qsat is almost 100% different from super esat in terms of hardware and design. i mean qsat focus is on mass production and sales while super esat team from my own point of view are focusing firstly on gaining ground. super esat has metal body and an external antenna to boost internet connection, super esat does not select network currently, super east user interface and operating system is smoother than that of qsat(However this is a relative statement as what is smooth for me may be though for you. All in all both devices are user friendly).
Every good thing has its con; the price of super esat is as expected more expensive than that of qsat by a small margin. So you have a choice either to buy qsat or super esat as a new entrant. Finally, to finally allay further skepticism, you can get a video of super esat from the link below:
