Noe the Procedue to Find Wifi Password with Android Phone – Network SSID

i. A rooted android phone

ii. Download the Root browser (Lite) free app  or buy the premium version for less than $1 here

After downloading the above app, install into your phone then open it.

Wait for super user to grant this application access then from within the application navigate to Data>>misc>>wifi folder.

You will find a text file named wpa_supplicant.conf press and hold on this file then select open with. A list of applications that is capable of opening such file will be displayed but i recommend you choose open with RB Text Editor.

  • Now, you will see that a list of data mentioning about various detais will be listed, so you now need to navigate to the “SSID” row in the name of Wi Fi network and then the “PSK” row will show the password of that particular Wi Fi connection. and in the row named key_mgmt you will find the password for that wifi connection.
